In the strategic planning phase, you define project goals and objectives to set the tone and foundation for a personalized website. This phase also involves creating a project timeline and budget, as well as developing a site map to outline the site's flow and foundation. 

During the design and development phase, you will create the site navigation and page framework, select color schemes, typography, and visual elements, implement SEO best practices (meta tags, structured data, etc.), and ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness. 

In the content creation phase, you'll be responsible for generating and organizing text, images, videos, and other media while optimizing the content for SEO. You'll also create a content management strategy and ensure that the content is engaging and relevant to the target audience. 

During the testing and review phase, you'll perform usability testing for multiple browsers and devices, ensuring functionality, performance, and security are up to standards. You'll then share the website with the client for review and make necessary revisions based on their feedback. Finally, you'll obtain final approval from the client before proceeding further. 

In the launch phase, you'll secure website hosting and an SSL certificate, configure domain settings, conduct a final round of testing for the live website, and closely monitor for any potential issues that may arise post-launch. Promptly addressing and resolving them to ensure your website operates smoothly and efficiently.  

Following the website's launch, you'll engage in various post-launch activities, including implementing ongoing maintenance and updates, setting up website analytics to monitor user behavior, creating a content update schedule, and initiating marketing and promotional efforts to reach your target audience.
